This is love the making. 

The love of God is not created - it is His nature.

When we receive the life of Christ through the Holy Spirit, He unites us with God so that His love is demonstrated in us.

The goal of the indwelling Holy Spirit is not just to unite us with God,

but to do it in such a way that we will be one with the Father in exactly

the same way Jesus was.

And what kind of oneness did Jesus Christ have with the Father?

He had such a oneness with the Father that He was obedient when His Father sent Him down here to be poured out for us.

And He says to us, "As the Father has sent Me, I also send you"(John 20:21)

 

Peter now realizes that he does love Him, due to the revelation that came with the Lord's piercing question.

The Lord's next point is - "Pour yourself out. Don't testify about how much you love Me and don't talk about the wonderful revelation you have had,

just 'Feed My sheep' 

Jesus has some extraordinarily peculiar sheep: some that are unkempt and dirty, some that are awkward or pushy, and some that have gone astry!

But it is impossible to exhaust God's love, and it is impossible to exhaust my love if it flows frome the Spirit of God within me.

The love of God pays no attention to my prejudices caused by my natural individuality.

If I love my Lord, I have no business being guided by natural emotions -

I have to feed His sheep. We will not be delivered or released from His commission to us. Beware of counterfelting the love of God by following your own natural human emotions, sympathies, or understandings. That will only serve to revile and abuse the true love of God.

이것은 사랑을 만드는 것이다. 

하나님의 사랑은 창조된 것이 아니다 - 그것은 그의 본성이다. 우리가 성령으로 그리스도의 생명을 받을 때, 하나님은 우리를 하나님과 하나로 묶어서 그의 사랑이 우리 안에 나타나게 하신다. 단순히 우리를 하나님과 하나로 묶는 것이 아니라 예수님과 똑같은 방식으로 아버지와 하나가 되는 방식으로 사는 것이 성령의 목표이다. 그리고 예수 그리스도는 아버지와 어떤 일체감을 가졌는가?

예수님은 아버지와 매우 일체감이 있어서 그의 아버지가 우리를 위해 쏟으라고 그를 이 땅에 보내셨을 때 순종했다. 예수께서 우리에게 말씀하셨다.

"아버지께서 나를 보내신 것처럼, 나도 너를 보낸다"

베드로는 이제 주님의 날카로운 질문으로 인해 자신이 예수님을 사랑한다는 것을 깨달았다.

주님의 다음 요점은 "자신을 쏟아내라, 네가 나를 얼마나 사랑하는지 증언하지 말고, 네가 겪은 놀라운 계시에 대해서도 말하지 말라, 단지 '내 양을 먹이라' "

예수님에게는 아주 특이한 양들이 있다: 어떤 것들은 더럽고, 어떤 것들은 어색하고, 어떤 것들은 강요하고, 어떤 것들은 제멋대로 이다! 그러나 하나님의 사랑을 소진하는 것은 불가능하며, 내 안에 있는 하나님의 영이 내게서 흘러 나온다면 내 사랑을 소진하는 것 또한 불가능 하다.

그리고 내 안에서 성령이 주시는 사랑도 다함이 없을 것이다.

일단 내가 주님을 사랑하면,

기분이나 성격에 따라 주를 섬기지 않을 것이다.

 

나는 오직 주님의 양을 먹여야 한다.

 

주님이 우리에게 맡기신 이 사명에서 벗어날 수는 없다. 그러나

 

하나님의 사랑을

인간적인 동정이나 도덕적 의무로 만들지 말아야 한다.

그것은

하나님의 사랑을 모독하는 일이다.
